Camera and Lens Rental in Beijing
Our existing rental offering covers ARRI, Canon, Sony and Blackmagic cameras, lenses, tripods and accessories. Specify the exact camera body, lens mount and focal lengths rather than requesting a brand alone. Agree on the recording format, matching cameras, monitoring and sound connections before the package is confirmed.
For an interview, list the number of contributors, one- or two-camera coverage and whether you need sound equipment. For moving shots, describe the lens and camera combination so tripod, shoulder or gimbal support can be checked. Batteries, chargers, compatible recording media and card readers should be itemised in the quote.
Lighting and Grip Equipment
Describe the space you will film in: room dimensions, ceiling height, windows, available power and setup time. A lighting request should include fixtures, modifiers, stands, diffusion and grip requirements. Share reference images or a lighting plan when available. Confirm whether a gaffer, assistants, delivery, setup and collection are included or quoted separately.
Studio Space and Location Requirements

Check usable dimensions, sound conditions, vehicle access, power, air conditioning and any restrictions against your production requirements; these vary by location.
Rental Scope, Delivery and Support
Agree on the rental start and return times, handover address, contact person and equipment checklist. If the shoot moves between locations, identify who will transport and supervise the equipment. State whether you need equipment only or a crew-supported package, and confirm out-of-hours, travel, collection and any other additional charges in writing.
